Donations made to Praanvi Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. We encourage donors to ensure the accuracy of all details before making a donation.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
All refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Since donations are voluntary contributions, cancellations are not applicable once the payment has been processed. However, in case of technical errors or double payments, please contact us for resolution.
